Tehran, March 30, IRNA - A deputy energy minister said Sunday that the energy ministry is offering facilities to those installing solar panels.Houshang Falahatian added that solar panels have been installed satisfactorily in northeastern Khorasan province, according to the petroenergy news network SHANA.
He said the new administration has undertaken extensive measures for improving the electricity industry.
Falahatian said the government is also determined to pay back its debts to contractors in the electricity sector during the current year which started on March 21.
He said that Khorasan provinces electricity company has constructed solar power plants and made its power distribution network intelligent.
