Tehran, Feb 22, IRNA � President Hassan Rouhani in a message on Saturday congratulated the Bulgarian president, government and nation on the country?s National Day.

In his message to President Rosen Plevneliev, he hoped that bilateral friendly ties would further improve in all the political, economic as well as bilateral and international fields.


Rouhani wished his Bulgarian counterpart good health and dignity and happiness for the friendly nation of Bulgaria.
