Iranian gas refinery[/caption]TEHRAN Feb 16 (Shana):Irans Central Oil Fields Companys (ICOFC) annual gas production will hit 90 billion cubic meters (bcm) at the end of this Iranian calendar year on 20 March 2014.
Public relations department of ICOFC quoted managing director of the company, Salbali Karimi remarks, who also said the company produces half of gas needs of the country.
According to the official, the companys daily production hit record high of 306 mcm in cold days, above the targets had been set for the company.
Karimi noted that ICOFCs activities cover 11 provinces, in some of them working conditions are very harsh.
As one of five subsidiaries of NIOC, ICOFC is producing oil and gas from respectively 10 and 14 oil and gas fields.
