Syrias Minister of Information Umran Ahid al-Zabi said on Tuesday that the same forces had been behind the bombing attacks in Syria, Iraq and Russia. These attacks, in his words, were plotted and directed from a single centre.Syria, Iraq and Russia have the legal right to take all necessary measures to protect their national security, he said. If a party has billions of dollars at its disposal, it does not mean that it can stage terrorist attacks here or there scot-free.
He stressed that it was inadmissible to discriminate between moderate and radical terrorists. Anyone who bears arms against the state is a terrorist for us, regardless of nuances, he said.
