Generally using cyber space for legitimate and correct purposes which do not corrupt beliefs and ethics is allowed and if it can be used for promoting religion is ideal. But visiting sites which lead to weakening of beliefs and promote immorality or falsehood is Haram (forbidden). The believers with the help of religious scholars using the cyber space can promote the religion of Ahlul Bait to all as well as answer those who try to create doubt or publicise misgiving thoughts.
