Financial Tribune - By the end of next Iranian year (March 2022), the number of nomadic households using solar energy will double, head of Nomads Affairs Organization of Iran said.

Now �25,000 nomad households have access to portable photovoltaic power generators. Based on an agreement with the Energy Ministry, the number will double in two years,� ISNA quoted Karamali Qandali as saying.

This year 8,000 nomadic households will get PV panels and next year 17,000 others will receive the panels from the Energy Ministry, he said.
