IRNA � The Special-Purpose Vehicle that the European Union and Switzerland have prepared is only for humanitarian items, like medicine, while given Iran's commitment to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), the financial channel should include all the non-sanctioned items, said the head of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran.

'Last week, the Swiss ambassador to Iran was informed that Tehran is unhappy with the SPV being limited to humanitarian items,' said Mohammad Reza Modoudi.

Saying that he channel should start work as soon as possible, Modoudi added, 'Iran believes that the US' pressure on Europe is a big threat to the continent.'

'If the US succeeds in its pressuers, then Europe will have to face its ominous outcomes for the world trade.'

'The deal Iran signed was not with only one country meaning that the deal will not collapse with the withdrawal of a single one of its signatories. Rather, Iran signed the deal with six countries, one of which was the US.'

Modoudi further wondered if the signature of any of these countries could ever outweighs the other five.

He said Europe should know that yielding to US pressuers hits them harder and should understand the need for providing the trade conditions more than Iran, because, if this doesn�t happen, deals with Europe will not to be trusted anymore.'

'However, we have not been relying on such channels much and believe that we need to use our own capacities. It's been the case for 40 years, and if we want to rely on them now, we we'll be badly hurt.'

In January 2015, Iran and the five permanent members of UN Security Council signed an agreement, namely the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), to lift sanctions on Iran and in return Tehran will limit its nuclear activities for a limited time.

The UNSC confirmed the deal through the Resolution 2231 and almost every country expressed with the deal because it resolves an international crisis.

Since then the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have more than 10 times confirmed that Iran's activities have been peaceful and in the framework of the JCPOA.

On May 8, US President Donald Trump, unilaterally quit the JCPOA, aka Iran Deal, which was the fruit of years of negotiation with big powers of the world.

Trump illegally restores all the US sanctions on Iran, while all the other signatories of the deal, namely China, Russia, France, and the UK, showed the unhappiness with his decision.
