ISNA - Commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF) stressed on the need to provide regional security by residents of the region, announcing that IRIAF is cooperating with some neighboring countries in this area.

In an interview with ISNA, Commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF), Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh mentioned to the withdrawal of American forces from some regional countries, saying, �US� decision to withdraw its forces from the region reflects the failure of their plans in the region and the dignified victory and success of the Iranian nation�.

�Regional states are looking forward to cooperate with each other and we also willing to have cooperation with our friendly countries in the region. We hope that one day this matter will come true and ruling governments in the region give a positive answer to their nations� demands,� he added.

Elsewhere in his interview, General Aziz Nasirzadeh stressed that Islamic countries should be united against the Zionist regime as their main enemy.

About Iran Air Force�s plans for cooperation with regional countries in providing common security, the commander said, �Currently, we are cooperating with some neighboring countries in providing regional security�.
