The message was conveyed by President Rouhanis special envoy Gholam-Reza Ansari in a meeting with Brazilian Foreign Minister Aloysio Nunes Ferreira.
Ansari also serves as Irans deputy foreign minister for economic affairs.
In recent weeks, President Rouhanis special envoys have travelled to different countries and conveyed the presidents message about the Iran nuclear deal to his opposite numbers and other heads of state.Just this week, Irans Deputy Foreign Minister Morteza Sarmadi travelled to Latin America and conveyed Rouhanis message to Bolivian President Evo Morales.
