MNA � The national Iranian men�s volleyball team have defeated former world champion to prevent them from reaching the top of the world competitions.

In the fourth week of the 2018 F�d�ration Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB) World League, the national Iranian men�s volleyball team after winning three matches, and losing six others with 9 points took on the powerful Poland on Saturday morning and achieved a great victory against former world champion.

The Iranian volleyballers crushed Poland in three direct sets of the match with 26-24, 26-24, and 25-22.

This great victory was achieved hours after the national Iranian football team managed to win over Morocco in their opening match in 2018 world cup underway in Russia.

People across Iran took to the streets to celebrate their national teams victories.
