IRNA � The Iranian Majlis (parliament) speaker on Sunday called for international marketing to boost carpet export.


Establishment of the Majlis carpet faction is a good step forward and it should define new mechanisms for increasing carpet export, Ali Larijani said in a meeting with the members of newly-established faction.

The Iranian parliament speaker said that carpet industry has an important role in resolving unemployment problem in the country.
