IRNA � The US unilateral and illegitimate exit from the July 2015 nuclear deal disclosed the ugly face of the country, a senior official of Hashd al-Shaabi (Iraqi popular committee) said here on Monday.


The United States is a dictatorial system following hegemonic policies and supporting the Zionist regime of Israel,' Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) in an exclusive interview.

US President Donald Trump announced his decision about the Iran Deal on May 8 and unilaterally pulled his country out of the deal as an international agreement. Many world powers, including Russia, China, and the European Union have voiced their opposition to Trump's decision.

According to the Iraqi official, all US governments in history have been violators of the international laws.

And the experiences the Iraqi popular committee has got in the region prove that Iran will never be deceived by the US plots, al-Muhandis said.

Iran will remain powerful, the official stressed.
