FNA- Senior aide to the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Asqar Zare'an announced on Tuesday that the AEOI has prioritized commercialization of its products and their exports to other countries.

"Iran's nuclear industry will not stop and is moving forward powerfully and will continue its knowledge-based activities," Zare'an said.

He stressed that indigenization of nuclear activities and products are among the AEOI's priorities, and said, "Exports of nuclear products, including heavy water and side products, and their presentation to the universities are among other important plans and programs of the AEOI."

His remarks came after several projects and achievements developed by Iranian scientists and experts were unveiled during a ceremony to mark the National Day of Nuclear Technology in Iran on Monday.

The projects included a system to test the two-load and 10-load fuel loops, blending process unit, transferring and sampling units in Martyr Ahmadi Roshan enrichment complex in Natanz, transferring the first cargo of yellow cake from Ardakan plant in Yazd province to the UCF center in Isfahan, launching the first home-made linear accelerator, executive operations of the first simulator of sensing process and related laboratories, a system to analyze the laser spectroscopy isotope and decanter centrifuges.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in a ceremony on the occasion of the National Day of Nuclear Technology unveiled 83 achievements made by the country's experts in different aspects of nuclear industry.

The ceremony to mark the 12th National Day of Nuclear Technology was held in Tehran on Monday in the presence of President Rouhani, a number of ministers, vice-presidents, legislators, other officials and representatives of a number of foreign countries.

President Rouhani, accompanied by his deputy an AEOI Head Ali Akbar Salehi, visited an exhibition of the AEOI achievements at the beginning of the ceremony.

Four of the nuclear achievements were unveiled in the main hall of the conference, 5 others through video conference and 74 others in the exhibition.

The achievements consisted of new systems, including centrifuges, separation systems and radio drugs as well as machines and systems used in the fields of water, hygiene, treatment of diseases and power plants.

After visiting the exhibition, Salehi explored on the AEOI's latest activities, achievements and plans to further develop Iran's nuclear know-how and industry.

Addressing the ceremony, he underlined that the country's nuclear industry is "on the verge of a fundamental development".
