TEHRAN, May 26 (MNA) � The head of Tehran Criminal Courts says Kahrizak case defendants have one-week opportunity to provide the court with their defense.
Judge Mohsen Eftekhari told Mehr News that parties to the case had one-week opportunity to deliver their evidences to the court, and after that �the jury will decide on the verdict.�

�If judges decide on the deliberation, they would announce the end of the trial, and they would give their verdict,� said he.

About the question whether the defendants had delivered their defense to the court, Eftekhari said that he was not informed. �All quotations from me on the media on the issue are false, since Saeed Mortazavi had delivered his defense on 12 AM yesterday to the court in No 76 Tehran Province Criminal court,� he added.
