IRNA � Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow in a message on Tuesday condoled his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani on death of 66 passengers in a plane crash in central Iran.

He on behalf of the Turkmen nation and government expressed solidarity with the Iranian nation and bereaved families of the victims.

An ATR passenger plane belonging to Aseman Airline crashed close to Semirom, south of Isfahan province on Sunday when it was flying from Tehran to Yasouj.

All 59 passengers and 6 crew members of the plane lost their lives in the incident.
