Press TV - Iraqi forces have implemented strict security measures in different parts of the country ahead of the Arbaeen mourning ceremonies. Each year, millions of Muslims gather in the city of Karbala to take part in the commemorations which fall on the 40th day after the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein, Prophet Muhammads grandson and the third Shia Imam.
