The Honourable President of Lebanon,

Hello and peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings

I am extremely happy to congratulate the 11th anniversary of the victory of the great people of Lebanon against the aggression by the Zionist Regime in the July War to your Excellency, the government and the respectful people of Lebanon.

This invaluable historic victory that happened due to the bravery and devotion of the warriors of the Resistance and the noble army of Lebanon, with the help of the government and the steadfastness and courage of the proud Lebanese nation, once again proved the invincibility of the strong popular will in defending their land.

I pray to the Almighty for your Excellency�s health and success and the people of Lebanon's prosperity and felicity.
