Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, Alireza Haghighian, called on President Asif Ali Zardari at the Bilawal House Karachi on Friday.
Pak-Iran bilateral relations were discussed during the meeting.

The President on the occasion while expressing heartfelt condolence over the losses due to recent earthquake in Iran said that Pakistani nation shares the grief of their Iranian brethren at this hour of distress. He offered every possible assistance to the government and the people of Iran.

The Iranian ambassador thanked the President for meeting and also condoled with the President over the deaths and losses due to earthquake in Pakistan.
