Mikhail Bogdanov, who is also Russias deputy foreign minister, arrived in Tehran with his entourage on Wednesday.

Earthquake hits two provinces of Iran
An earthquake took place near the Gulpaygan city in Iranian province of Isfahanat 07:39 (local time) on Wednesday, ILNA news agency reported.

According to the seismological service of the Tehran University, the earthquake measured 4.9 on the Richter scale.

 
Indias Iran oil imports plunge 26.5 pct in FY13 trade
India cut crude imports fromIranby 26.5 percent in the year ended March 31, data from trade sources showed, as buyers struggled with insurance and payment problems created by sanctions that now threaten to halt purchases altogether.

India, the worlds fourth-biggest oil importer, relies on imports for 80 percent of its crude needs and has struggled to wean itself off Iranian supplies under pressure from western sanctions that target Tehrans disputed nuclear plans.
