During a joint meeting, the visiting Swedish delegation and Tehran University officials discussed venues for organizing joint study and research courses between Tehran and Swedish universities.
Mohammad Bagher Ghahramani, Vice-Chancellor of Tehran University for International Affairs, highlighted during the meeting that issues like water, environment and air pollution have turned into a national concern though the government has made little investment in this regard.
Also at the session, head of Sweden academic delegation noted that coordination among scientific majors like economy, environment, engineering and geography was required to tackle environmental issues.
