TEHRAN, Oct 18 (Shana) � Government spokesman Mohammad-Baqer Nobakht says many countries admit Iran has been the only country gaining economic growth despite global oil price decline.

Nobakht told a press conference that government policy is based on privatization of the incomplete projects.

He said government has successfully managed to run the country at a budget of 23 billion dollars without any problem.
