Iran's Foreign Minister called previous round of talks between Tehran and six major world powers (P5+1), a "beginning for ending the nuclear dispute," expressing hope that Baghdad meeting will be a total end to the dispute.

In a joint press conference with Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian on Sunday in Tehran, Ali Akbar Salehi said �the Istanbul talks were a success and we hope that the Baghdad meeting also will be a success, and if one step ahead was taken in Istanbul, we will certainly take several steps ahead in Baghdad.�

On the eve of Baghdad meeting, which is due to be held on May 23, �President Barack Obama's administration would consider allowing Iran to enrich uranium to 5% if Tehran agrees to inspections, oversight and other international demands, Haaretz quoted Los Angeles Times as saying.

The News Agency added that Iranian officials expressed skepticism about possible Obama administration support for allowing the country to continue enriching some uranium but they said if the deal was offered by all six nations negotiating with Iran and the U.N.'s International Atomic Energy Agency, "it would be a good start."

A new round of talks between Tehran and the UN's nuclear agency�will be held in Vienna on May 14-15.
