Tehran, May 18, IRNA � Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said faith and commitment are the real sources of power.

The Ayatollah made the remarks in a meeting with the outstanding instructors, reciters and memorizers of the holy Quran here on Wednesday.

The reciters and memorizers who met the leader participated in the 33rd International Competitions of the Holy Quran held in Tehran on May 11-17.

The Supreme Leader rejected the notion that power comes only with arms and money and said the Iranian nation should be strong.

Ayatollah Khamenei said enemies are afraid of the might of a powerful and zealous Islam.

He said they are scared of the Islamic Republic of Iran because of its power so they keep attacking it.
