Iran serves immigrants unconditionally: Official

Tehran, May 17, The Iran Project Managing director of Irans sister cities development center says Iran has pursued its humanitarian goals unconditionally.

Stressing on Irans humanitarian attitude towards immigrants issue, Alireza Rajaee, managing director of Irans sister cities development center said on Tuesday that the country has unconditionally served humanity to advance its humanitarian goals.

The Iranian Embassy in Kabul announced earlier this year that its consulates in Afghanistan would register the marriages of Iranian women with Afghan men.
In a statement, the embassy asked Afghans married to Iranian women, to register their marriages at the Iranian consulates in Herat, Kandahar, Jalalabad and Mazar-e-Sharif.

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei also ordered previously that Afghan children, even undocumented or illegal ones, should not be deprived of education and all of them must be enrolled in Iranian schools.

While Iran hosts 3 million refugees with minimal world support, one of the neighboring countries, Turkey, was promised financial aid, the acceleration of visa liberalization talks and progress in its EU membership negotiations in exchange for its help in stemming down the flow of asylum seekers into Europe from the Middle East, Rajaee said.

After more than 850,000 migrants entered Europe from Turkey last year, EU leaders have pledged 6bn in financial assistance to Ankara in return for the country readmitting asylum seekers deported from Greece.

Instead of rewarding Iran for its humanitarian actions, international communities blocked the countrys assets, he added, referring to the recent seizure of the frozen assets By US.
