Iran has summoned Denmark�s temporary charg� d'affaires over acts of vandalism and destruction carried out by four anti-Iran protesters against the Islamic Republic�s embassy in Copenhagen.

Iran�s Foreign Ministry summoned Denmark�s temporary envoy in the absence of its ambassador in protest to the actions which were carried out in violation of international law, and called for a response by the Danish government, IRNA reported on Wednesday.

While offering apologies, the Danish envoy promised to see into the matter and respond accordingly.
