Tehran, April 3, IRNA- Tehran Symphony Orchestra conducted by Loris Tjeknavorian will go on stage in mid April in support of charity institutes.

The Orchestra will perform under an agreement between Roudaki Foundation and Ministry of Cooperative, Labor and Social Welfare.

Loris Haykasi Tjeknavorian, born on 13 October 1937 in Borujerd, is an Iranian Armenian composer and conductor. He is one of the most celebrated cultural figures in Armenia and Iran.

As one of the leading conductors of his generation, he has led international orchestras throughout the world including in Austria, UK, USA, Canada, Hungary, Copenhagen, Iran, Finland, USSR, Armenia, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Africa and Denmark.
