Tehran, Jan 27, IRNA � Government is committed to enhance ties with world, President Hassan Rouhani said on Tuesday evening in a dinner banquet in Rome participated by Iranians residing in Italy.


Iranians are honored by their resistance and not bending towards big powers, he added.

the President noted that sanctions were big obstacles on the way of development of Iran but his government resolved this complicated problem by the power of logic.

He reiterated that the nuclear deal is the result of Leader's support, people's resistance and negotiating team's hard effort.

Oppressive sanctions sabotaged the Iranian economy, President Rouhani underlined.

Speaking about efforts made to isolate Iran during sanctions, he said that having high level relations with the world is precondition to economic, scientific and technological progress.

The President urged nation to use the opportunity of removal of sanctions to boom the national economy.

The world is thirsty for relation with Iran and Tehran would continue enhancement of ties with the international community including the European states, he added.

Rouhani said that reaching agreements with world powers showed the power of Iran's logic.

Iran stands at the frontline of fighting against terrorism and the world could have witnessed rise of terrorist states instead of terrorist groups if Iran had not made such sacrifices, he added.

Speaking about Iran's key role in the region, President Rouhani reiterated that powers have always confessed the important role of Iran for resolution of regional problems.
