Tehran, Jan 10, IRNA � Zionists and arrogant powers are benefitting from escalation between Iran and Saudi Arabia, Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said on Sunday.


Larijani made the remarks in his speech to the parliament formal session.
Larijani said that the Saudi government is pursuing provocative policy toward Iran and that the Saudi leaders must reach the maturity to understand futility of their hostility to Iran.
He condemned suspicious attack on Saudi missions in Iran by extremist groups, adding that the Saudi officials believe that their provocative acts may leave impacts on Iranian relations with the international community, but, to the dismay of the Saudi leaders, Iran is moving forward to develop trade and economic ties with outside world, especially the neighboring countries.
Larijani urged Saudi dynasty to focus on convergence of the Muslim Ummah and help boost economy of the Islamic countries.
Zionist regime and arrogant powers are manipulating the situation to stir up oppression of the Palestinians, he added.
Larijani said that the Saudi dynasty to heed the call of reason in their approach toward the Islamic countries before it is too late.
