Unregistered gold weighing 46.8 kilograms was founded in a semi truck during vehicle checks earlier today at the Grbulak border gate in the eastern province of A?r?.A semi truck entering Turkey fromIranwas searched by teams from the Grbulak Customs Enforcement Directorate for Intelligence of Smuggling, who discovered the 82 gold bars.
The Iranian driver and another Iranian set to deliver the gold were taken into custody and released after questioning.
