Energy Minister Yildiz says Turkey took Iran to international arbitration over the high gas prices, however "Turkey is satisfied on trading oil with Iran."
Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Sources, Taner Yildiz referred to Turkey taking Iran to international arbitration over the price of Iranian natural gas and said the flow of the gas was not affected and was out of the point. Speaking to AA, Minister Yildiz assessed the arbitration process over the Iranian gas prices.

He said, "Iran successfully continues its performance on providing natural gas via pipeline. We are happy about the natural gas trade with Iran. We said, we were not happy with the high gas price so we took Iran to international arbitration over the price paid for gas imports. We have very clear in this sense."

Yildiz stressed, when Turkey took Iran to international arbitration, there were arguments about, "Would this decision affect the trade and flow of natural gas- Were we going to struggle during winter-" and he said that these concerns were irrelevant now.
