Vienna, Oct 19, IRNA � Abbas Araqchi, a senior member of Iranian nuclear negotiating team, and Helga Schmid, the deputy EU Foreign Policy chief, met in Brussels on Monday.

The meeting between the two officials was held after the first joint commission session on the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

'We have had regular meetings over the past two years and we continue to have meetings after the nuclear talks,' Araqchi said.

Schmid serves as coordinator on G5+1's part, Araqchi said, adding, there are regular consultations between Iranian negotiators and Schmid over all the issues.

Iran's nuclear experts led by Hamid Baeedinejad also discussed technical aspects of JCPOA with their counterparts from the G5+1.
