Arak, Aug 17, IRNA � Vice President and Head of Department of Environment Massoumeh Ebtekar said latest advanced technologies are to be used in safeguarding natural resources and wild life in the country.

Inspecting a region in this central Iran province which is famous for its rich natural resources, she said the best methods should be used to protect the basic resources of the country.
She highlighted the role of people in helping environment protection organizations in safeguarding natural resources which are considered an asset to be enjoyed by many generations.
She referred to use of drones which are equipped with special cameras and radars in provinces as some of the methods to help her organization achieve its goals.
