Tehran, April 13, IRNA - President Hassan Rouhani congratulated the Iranian freestyle wrestling team on their winning the championship title at the US 2015 Men's Freestyle World Cup.




In a congratulatory message to the wresting squad as well as the Iranian nation and the sports community on Monday, President Rouhani expressed gratitude to the country�s freestyle wrestlers along with coaches and technical staff for their hard work which led them to be crowned the champs at the international event.

'I congratulate the wrestlers, their respectful families, the country�s sports community and the noble Iranian nation on this glorious success, and pray to God Almighty for more victories and the glory for all champions and athletes,' said the Iranian president.

The Iranian wrestlers beat the Americans 5-3 at the Forum in Los Angeles to win the World Cup for the fourth consecutive year.
