The expansion of anti-Russian sanctions is under discussion by the European Union foreign ministers, according to a European diplomat.

BRUSSELS, (Sputnik) � The European Union foreign ministers are discussing the expansion of�an anti-Russian sanction list, which would target some individuals and was planned for�adoption without�discussions, a European diplomat told RIA Novosti Monday.
"The ministers are currently discussing," a diplomatic source said.

The expanded list of�sanctions would include 19 individuals and nine entities, including five Russian citizens, according to�the media reports.
