France is concerned over Iran's refusal to allow the IAEA access to the Parchin military base, Alexis Morel, a French diplomat, told Army Radio on Monday."There was progress made in talks between the IAEA and Iran last week, but the fact Tehran is preventing access to facilities and people who are connected to the nuclear program concerns us," Army Radio cited the diplomat as said.
