TEHRAN Jan 12(Shana)--Drilling operations have been completed in Phase 19 of the massive offshore South Pars gas field, contractor of the project said.
Hamid-Reza Masoudi said all wells in platforms 19A and 19C have been drilled.
He added that development of Phase 19 is ahead of other phases in terms of designing and installation in the offshore sector.
Phase 19 development of South Pars eyes recovery of 56 mcm/d of sour gas to be transformed into 50 mcm/d of sweet gas, 500 tons a day of ethane, 2,000 tons a day of propane, 1,200 tons a day of butane, 80,000 b/d of gas condensate and 400 tons a day of sulfur.
