TEHRAN Jan 05 (Shana)--The capacity of gas transmission in Iran is expected to grow by 100 mcm/d once a gas pressure booster station becomes operational.
Pol Kaleh station is 91% complete and is planned to come online for IRR 4 trillion.
This station is being installed on Iran Gas Trunkline-4 (IGAT-4).
The station, which is scheduled to come online in March, is constructed in the central city of Isfahan.
IGAT-4 transfers natural gas produced in South Pars phases 1 to 5 from Assaluyeh to Fars and Isfahan provinces.
