TEHRAN Dec 01 (Shana)--The capacity of gas injection into Sarajeh storage facility is to double to 20 mcm/d once it has been developed, a gas distribution official said.
Houshang Mehrdadfar said the current 10mcm/d capacity is being handled by three compressors.
He added that the facility would receive three more turbocompressors for more gas injection.
�In the refining section of this facility, a development project has been designed to facilitate treatment of 20 mcm/d of gas,� said Mehrdadfar.
Gas injection into Sarajeh facility has reached 1.24 bcm this year, up 35 percent from last year.
