Tehran, Nov 12, IRNA � Visiting Oil Minister of Iran Bijan Namdar Zanganeh submitted a message from President Hassan Rouhani to Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Tuesday.
The message was handed over to the Emir of Kuwait in a meeting held in Bayan Palace in Kuwait City.
Zanganeh who arrived in Kuwait on Tuesday, also briefed the Kuwaiti Emir on latest developments in oil market.

The Iranian minister also held a separate meeting with his Kuwaiti counterpart Ali Al-Omair discussing issues of mutual interests.
