Abdulla Mohamed Jumah S Al Masbahi from Emirates seized the silver with 16.39 meters.
Bronze medal went to Iraqi Adnan Ali Kumer Kumer with a throw of 10.91 meters.
Iran has previously won 19 gold medals in the games.
