TEHRAN Sep 07. (Shana)-- Iran holds the largest network of CNG distribution in the world, managing director of the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (NIOPDC), Seyyed Naser Sajjadi said.
�Referring to CNG industry as a new phenomenon, Sajadi said CNG has been a rapidly rising industry over the past 10 years.


According to NIOPDC official, Iran ranks first in view of holding CNG stations and second in terms of the number of CNG burning vehicles.


The government and petroleum ministry regard CNG as an important part of oil industry so boosting efforts to improve its place including its smart fueling system and deploying new software to make the old system efficient is necessary, Sajjadi concluded.�
