The 27th edition of the Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition named �Iran Oil Show� was wrapped up in Tehran on Saturday.

According to the Shana News Agency affiliated to the Iranian Oil Ministry, The economic event was opened with the participation of Iran�s First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber, Oil Minister Javad Owji and Science, Research and Technology Minister Mohammad-Ali Zolfigol as well as Syrian Oil Minister Firas Hassan Kaddour.

international prominent oil companies have taken part in this edition of the Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition.

Some 1,500 domestic companies showcase their latest achievements in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

There are also 200 foreign companies from 13 countries, namely Russia, China, Belarus, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman and Turkey, displaying their latest achievements.

Senior managers, directors of major domestic companies, and activists in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries attended the inauguration ceremony.

The exhibition was held on May 17-20.

The 4-day event aims to promote the oil and gas industry in Iran and displays the latest technological developments in the industry.
