ISNA | Mohsen Esmaeilzadeh: A ceremony was held on Sunday night at Imam Reza (PBUH) holy shrine in Mashhad to mark the reopening of the place after some two months of closure due to coronavirus outbreak. People should follow health protocols and are only allowed to worship in courtyards.
