Iranian and Qatari foreign ministers discussed the latest situation of efforts and political movements to stop the war and genocide against Gaza and establish a ceasefire.

According to The Iran Project,Hossein AmirAbdollahian and Qatari Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani had a telephone conversation on Thursday.

In this call, the parties discussed the process of bilateral relations between Iran and Qatar and emphasized on the recommendations of the presidents of the two countries to strengthen cooperation in all aspects.

In this conversation, the parties also discussed the latest state of efforts and political movements to stop the war and genocide against Gaza and the proposed initiatives to establish a ceasefire, exchange prisoners, and send shipments of international humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza.
